Condition: The original champagne finish is in fair condition. There are significant signs of wear on the drawer faces. The clear coat has deteriorated and flaked with age. This dresser is solid wood throughout so refinishing / restoration is relatively easy because you do not need to worry about sanding through a thin veneer. Small scuffs, scratches, interior marks. Drawers function properly. There are no cracks or major repairs to this piece. Cosmetic nightmare but 100% functional as-is. Restoration would bring it from a 7 to a 10.
