Condition: This dining table is very solid and well made. A previous owner attempted to sand and refinish the table but appears to have given up with the job unfinished. There are spots of discoloration (see photo) with one stain on the top. There are also some scratches and scuffs on the table top (see photo). Removable legs are in good shape. The large leaf is also in good condition. Please inspect photos carefully. This table can be used as is but restoration would bring it from an 8 to a 10.
