Condition: The original finish is in fair condition. The top has significant discoloration / staining (see photos). Aside from the damage to the top of the dresser this piece is SOLID, sturdy, and drawers function well. Beyond the damage to the top of the piece there is only light age wear throughout. Small scratches, edge dings, scuffs, kick marks. Refinishing the top would bring this piece from an 7.5 to a 10.
